Our Story

My first sister, best friend, and person to "borrow" cute clothes from-Lisa. Lisa is creative, silly goofy, and extremely loyal, and I'm so lucky she's my sister and that I get to experience life with her.  Through the highs and lows we've experienced together I've always known I'd have her by my side. If you run into her and are curious, ask her about all of our silly adventures together. I love you so much Lisa Loo, and I'm so honored to have you as my Maid of Honor!

My new sister, best friend, and person I also get to share cute clothes with (especially after I leave cute sweaters behind in Oklahoma). Fun fact: we're birthday twins!! I'm so blessed to be gaining another amazing sister and that I get to become Auntie Nikki to her two beautiful daughters, Savannah and Lucy. Love you sis!

Friendship going strong after 15+ years! (It's been so long I had to estimate-her memory is much better than mine lol). Though we've had many years of memories, my favorite include living together, Tori teaching me to crochet, and our quirky inside jokes and just being quirky together in general. Her loyalty, support, and friendship has made a lasting impact, and I'm so excited to have her standing alongside me through this next stage of life. Tori, thank you for being my bridesmaid, best friend, and crochet teacher. Love yoooooou.

I met Hannah briefly a couple different times in college, but never said "hi". Then, as we're both lost going to the same leadership retreat, I awkwardly hugged her as if I'd known her forever , and that's how our friendship started haha. Hannah is a great listener, creative, and notoriously has the best facial expressions! Thank you for almost 10 years of friendship and for being my Bridesmaid!

After almost a year of missing each other at church, Emma called out of the blue asking to join our leadership team — we finally met at a retreat and hit it off instantly. She's kind, dependable, and quick to make everyone feel welcome.  Thank you Emma for your friendship, support, and all of the invites to go to the movies, despite the 100% chance of me falling asleep almost every time. I'm so excited to have you as one of my Bridesmaids!

Since meeting Juleene in college, our friendship has been filled with many nights we stayed up too late and got delirious, adventures, laughter, and long phone calls. I'm so grateful you came into my life and I'm so excited to see what our future adventures will be. Thank you for being my Bridesmaid!

I've known Yosef since we were basically in diapers. We've tackled everything from playground diplomacy to college all-nighters, and he's the one guy who can pull off a tux and a bad joke with equal charm. I'm happy to have him by my side for this special day!

Another older brother I call often; we bond over exotic, tasty cuisines and he’s always ready to push me out of my comfort zone. He’s the guy who brings energy and fun to every occasion, and I’m grateful to have him standing with us on our wedding day.

I have many older brothers, and Jared is one of them—steady, encouraging, and full of charisma. We once set off on an unplanned five-day camping trip across Oklahoma and had the best time; I can't wait to make new memories together in Wisconsin! He's been a constant support, and I'm so glad to have him standing with us on our day.

Polished Casual

As the wedding falls on October 3 in Neenah, WI, expect crisp fall weather—layers are encouraged. Think polished-casual: button-up shirts (flannels are great in Wisconsin) or blouses, knit sweaters, chinos or tailored jeans, casual dresses or skirts, and dressy boots or loafers. Light jackets or a sport coat are fine; no tuxedos or formal gowns required. Please avoid athletic wear, graphic tees, or flip-flops. If you’re unsure, aim for comfortable, seasonally appropriate outfits that photograph well and keep you warm during any outdoor moments.

Appleton International Airport (ATW) is the closest airport — about a 15‑minute drive to Neenah and roughly 25 minutes to Oshkosh. Rental cars are available on-site; typical options include major national providers. If you prefer not to drive, rideshares or taxis are convenient from the airport.

Green Bay’s Austin Straubel International Airport (GRB) is about a 50‑minute drive from Neenah and offers on‑site rental cars and taxi/rideshare options. Note: prices and availability can be higher when the Packers have a home game; the NFL schedule will be posted mid‑May.

Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) is about a 1.5‑hour drive to Neenah; rental cars are available on‑site and taxis/rideshares run from the terminal. We enjoy going to the farmers market most Saturday mornings especially in the fall! Hot coffee or cocoa, homemade pastries and roasted sweet corn are some of our favorite go-tos!

The Little Farmer (Pumpkin &amp; Apple Picking) — If you want a scenic drive through fall foliage, apple picking, or a family-friendly petting zoo, we recommend The Little Farmer. It’s about a 45-minute drive from Neenah; taking the east side of Lake Winnebago is especially pretty.

Depending on when you arrive in the Cheeseland, plan time to tour Lambeau Field Stadium (1265 Lombardi Ave), grab a pint at Titletown Brewing, and explore downtown Green Bay for great photo ops. If there’s a Packers game that weekend, book tour tickets or game seats well in advance.

The Globe Café — Cozy coffee shop with outdoor fire pits, perfect for morning lattes or evening hot cocoa; just a short walk from the Hilton Neenah. Fun fact: we often stop here while planning the wedding or before walking around Loop the Lake (3.5 mile trail around Little Lake Buttes de Morts)

Neenah Plaza & The Globe Cafe

The Building for Kids — Hands-on children’s museum in downtown Appleton (100 W College Ave). A day pass is $11 per person and infants under 12 months are free; the museum includes a sensory room, a jungle gym, and rotating interactive exhibits that are perfect for toddlers and elementary-age kids.
